I can answer the question but I looked and found that the ingredients were listed. On this brand of bouillon, the ingredients are listed on the left side of the label when looking at the label face. The ingredients are listed as follows: roasted garlic, hydrolyzed soy protein, water, sugar, garlic powder, soybean oil, disodium inosinate, and disodium guanylate, which are flavor enhancers similar to MSG, xanthan gum, which is a thickening and stabilizing agent, and lastly natural flavor.
