The instructions are very difficult to understand
The bag numbers weren't clear or bold are big enough to see the pieces are so tiny and I believe there are Peace is missing as I have to redo it from the start again and I'm still no close there to finish it yet

You'll love it!
I bought this model to kill some time, but I powered through it way too fast. It was a lot of fun to build, and the end result looks awesome. If you are used to building Lego sets, it will take you a little while to get used to this, starting with the fact that the pieces are not split up into steps; instead, you'll have to look through all the different bags to find the pieces you need for each step. The blocks are packaged by similar shape, though, so all 4 x1 blocks are together, the 2 x 2 blocks are separate, etc. There will be a bunch of extra blocks left over at the end, as you can see in one of my pics. I also had more because I chose not to add the iceberg to my model, so all the "icy" bits were left over.I would recommend this model to anyone who likes building them and anyone who likes the Titanic.

Great for a 9 year old
The media could not be loaded. My son is crazy about all things Titanic (we have seen movies and documentaries, he has made his own models, we were to the museum at Orlando, etc) and he also likes Legos.Titanic’s Lego, however, was way over both my budget and my space availability. This was considerably better than I thought.Yes, the pieces are smaller but this makes it more difficult to break once armed (Lego designs are too easy to disarm).I can not tell how simple or complex the instructions booklet was since I never saw it, but I’m guessing it was pretty clear and straightforward: My nine years old, who doesn’t speak English, did it all by itself. It took him almost five months since he worked in half an hour - two hours intervals and then left it for weeks in a row.All and all, I’m guessing it took him somewhere between 30-40 hours to complete. And the best part is I never had to touch a single piece.

Maravilloso
The media could not be loaded.
