Adjustable weight and looks great. The velcro could be better but it's ok if u wear it on top of clothing

These ankle weights are light and easy to use, material is also smooth doesn't slide of. Perfect to add extra burn for those muscles and even for light weighted workouts

Perfect and very very beautiful, first impression was phenomenal, with 2 pouches [though not that sturdy] the weights are very durable with very comfortable texture, as well as very flexible straps, I'd love to see a belt strap version too.But overall amazing product, proud of my purchase.
