First of the picture shows THC07 and I received THC06. It’s very noisy . Don’t waste ya money.

it does not cut alt all. I had to use the back to cut. Don't waste your money.

Bought this on another website. Just cut the hair with the trimmer on the back and then shave with it if your hair is too long. Thats what I had to do and it did great. Also it is compatible with the wahl super close foil & cutter bars. Pretty good but you just gotta cut the hair down first before you go trying to shave it.

I saw this shaver online a few years ago and had decided I wanted to try it out but I hadn't gotten around to purchasing it. I have tried all kinds of shavers along with Bump Patrol and still ended up with razor bumps. I have very sensitive skin. I have one of those three circular electric shavers from Remington that has self sharpening titanium blades. The batteries died in it and I replaced them. Shaver still works like new but I never really used it because of the bumps after shaving. I really like that shaver too. I bought another Remington MS-700 Titanium from Fry's and it's even nicer being a three row foil shaver, a three setting pop up trimmer in the front. On the back it even has a switch to set it on normal or sensitive. It gets a really close shave. I got a few bumps after using it though the directions recommended using for 3 weeks to adjust to it. Unfortunately at the time my facial hair didn't grow very often it would be 5 days before I'd have to do a real shave so adjusting to a shaver over time was a challenge. I imagine now this Remington would probably work as it's intended but it's discontinued and if I start using it now I won't have any replacement foils or razors to buy. Bummer.I tried the Tyche shaver yesterday. This shaver cuts extremely close. The pop up trimmer on the back is spot on. Most pop up trimmers I've used have been flimsy or barely even trim, this one is quite the opposite. Feels solid when it's activated. The shaver itself feels very light in the hand with a powerful motor. The shaver removes facial hair with ease and no need to keep going over the same areas repeatedly. I also didn't feel any snags during the shave. Now I did apply some Mary Kay foam shaving cream and removed it before the shaving process. After I finished shaving I applied the Mary Kay after shave gel to my skin instead of bump patrol. I have to say after using this shaver there was no irritation. My face didn't even feel like I had gone over it with a razor at all. Today still no irritation. Hopefully in a few days as the facial hair starts growing out I'll know for sure if there is irritation or any bumps. I also went online to price the foil heads and they are only $8 which is way better than Andis foils $27 and Wahl foils $31. The cool thing is the Wahl foils are interchangeable with the Tyche foils. So I guess if you just had to you can put a Wahl foil on it.
