For so many years I used a very popular liquid “natural detergent” but my clothes never really smelled that clean and seemed to leave a yucky residue in the washer. So I tried these on a vacation trip I took because they are very very easy to transport. After I used them on our long trip of 2 weeks I was hooked. So much better and convenient. You just drop them in the washer tub (1 to 2 tabs) depending on load size, then add the clothes. My clothes came out cleaner than they have in years. No lugging heavy bottles of detergent anymore and that also helps the environment. Easy to store and take up very little space. I mix one scented tab with one non scented tab for a large load. I don’t like really strong scents so that’s why I use one of each kind.
