Worst customer support from both the Amazon people and seller
Got this product and with in 2 months had issues with keys . Seller said we need to contact Amazon and they won’t be able to provide support . When contacted Amazon customer service I had to upload the same documents to their portal thrice and still issue is not resolved each time for 30-50 mins on a call with customer support people

Keyboard is good but mouse connectivity is worst
So key board gets connected very fast and you can also switch between different devices easily.But same is not true for mouse. Every time you switch from one device to another you will have to do pairing. It should be just a click of bt button to switch from one device to another
