Great product

This is my favourite cold sore treatment. If applied at the first tingle it has stopped a cold sore in its tracks, I always try to have a tube with me. In cold weather it stops chapped lips, a little applied daily even works under lipstick keeps lips from drying out. It's good in summer too to protect from sun. Very reasonable priced and does a good job.

Just as effective as the branded version, contains exactly the same ingredients, but at a fraction of the price. Being able to buy the multipack means being able to have a tube to hand whenever its needed because, let's face it, cold sores don't wait for a convenient time to put in an appearance!I like to team this cream with red light cold sore therapy, seems to really prevent those vile blisters, but it's an excellent product just by itself. Frankly, I wouldn't pay more just for a branded product when this one is just as good.

This ointment really works on cold sores when I know one is developing I use the cream and no cold sore appears thank you

I normally use the brand leader which starts with a Z. I was quite amazed with this cream as it seems to be more effective. It’s runnier - don’t squeeze the tube too hard. I have used the cream on 2 recent cold sores and they have actually gone in 2-3 days instead of 6-7 days. I can’t understand why it would be more effective as it is the same active ingredient aciclovir. But it worked for me!!

The product delivered is not Virasorb as stated and shown in the photo but is a Vantage equivalent. All 3 tubes have just 6 months left before they expire!
