I have been bleaching my hair for 40 years and this is by far the best I’ve used. Super gentle, doesn’t sting and no odor. I have dark brown hair and it lifted to a platinum in one application. Will absolutely use this from now on.

I was skeptical about this bleach because of the one bad review, but I bought it anyway because it was mostly positive. After I used it on my virgin hair, there really was no damage. What an amazing product! I think the bad review didnt follow the instructions and guidelines and ended up with damaged hair.

I was very nervous to use the product because I'm lifting from a level 2 to level 11. Brands I've used in the past were Wella/Wellaplex, Ion, and many of the other major brands, but this was easy because it's one step and so far my hair is in excellent condition and nice and bright. I don't understand why this product isn't everywhere. It was hard to avoid the scalp, but I suggest doing so because it still burns like the conventional bleach products. Also important to note is the product does not seem to swell. I'm looking forward to seeing the touch-up after this.Revised my review because the second time I did a touch up I had SEVERE breakage. What was different about this application is I did the full instructed 2 hours versus the 1.5 hours. The temperature in the house was about 15 degrees warmer than the first application so this time the bleach did swell. The side I applied first had the most breakage so time did make a difference. I also applied in thinner sections.I will try one more application with the 1.5 hours again and will update my review, but for now we went from 5 stars down to 3. Three stars because the lift is nice in one step, but I will be bald if this happens again.

I bleached my virgin hair, but it was not damaged, which amazed me. I tried bleaching my already bleached hair right after, but it became damaged. If you do not want damaged hair, you need to bleach on virgin hair instead. Other than that, it is a really good product. Also, I like how I only need to bleach my hair once for two hours for a level 10 bleach. Other bleaches require you to do two separate bleaches for a level 10 bleach.

I ordered this product for my sister and bleached her hair with no damage, so I bleached it, too. However, I have very unique hair. Hair dye used in beauty salons and hair dye sold in the market melts my hair every time I apply it. My sister's bleached hair condition was amazing, so I tried using your product as well, but I still had damage. Can't you develop bleach or hair dye for people like me?Anyway, it is a good product.

The bleaching powder was good! I liked that the instructions were easy to follow but had more detailed information about bleaching in the product feature section. It's shows you how to avoid the scalp by using a bleaching board to apply the bleach only to the root part. It's also really easy to use and saved me a lot of time compared to other bleach products. I'm satisfied with the outcome and how soft my hair is. Perfect for bleaching at home.

This product does damage your hair. See pictures. The absolute worst bleach I have ever used. What ever you do. Don't put this on your hair. I have dark to med brown natural hair color. And was putting in highlights in the front and every hair that I got this product broke when I was rinsing off the bleach. I am so mad. I can't go into a salon for a color correct or conditioning treatment because it turned my hair into a m sofI stretchy breaking rubber like substance that has no tinsel strengthto it. Take a look at my pictures they speak for themselves. I'm going to have to shave it all off because of the damage this so called bleach that won't damage your hair. False advertising. And fraudulent as they refuse to issue a refund even after I showed them what there bleach did to my hair and scalp. I'm so mad. So on top of insult fo injury Amazon said they were going to look into my claims of false advertising. They have yet to update me concerning this matter.

The amount of powder seemed little, but it was enough for me and my friend to bleach our hair in a balayage style with a highlight cap. There was a lot more than I thought. I didn't expect much when I bought the product. I thought it would damage hair slightly less than regular bleach, but it's better than I expected. Our hair was not damaged at all, which was amazing. The product is really good.
