Great item
These are so important to have…especially if you buy in bulk. Even buckets with Gama Lids need these. The best part is they are in packages of five. Those can easily be used. Once they are open, they don’t last cash long so the fewer in a package the better they are!

Handy 5-absorber packages
I dehydrate a lot of food, and am beginning to use oxygen absorbers to extend the shelf life of my dehydrated stuff. These 400cc absorbers come in little packs of 5 absorbers each, so they are easier to use than a package of 10. The absorbers were soft and pliable, so they are fresh and ready to use. I am not certain that these are the 400cc size, because they are not marked anywhere. But neither is any other oxygen absorber I've used. It's important to use the right size absorber for the food container -- or enough of them -- to maintain preservation. A little research returned no way to tell what size oxygen absorber is which, so I assume that the 400cc is correct. Charts online will show how many absorbers to include in various size containers of dried food.
