Came early and is very useful to train forearms and has comfort and adjustable very efficient and way to use the weight isfairly accurate I feel it's slightly off but still very good and easy to use

Nice and cheap item. Practical to use as its only small and you can use it anywhere. The adjustable tension is great so you can change it to your needs.

This is a handy little gizmo for keeping a strong grip. Adjustable, so that you can build strength gradually and also strengthen individual fingers.

the weight is okay, but if your strong enough already its like a stress toy really, you might get some definition but if you saw it off social media and it says youll get your desired arm-veins, dont listen, its about genetics and diet. its simple enough crank it to adjust weight, has a plus-minus sign to indicate.

It really helps if u do this 5 mins a day, you wint regret anything

This hand grip strengthener is great.I bought it for my nephew, who's just started working out, and honestly, it's been more entertaining than anything else. He used to struggle opening a packet of crisps, and now he's grunting and sweating like a pig trying to crush this thing.The look on his face when he's pushing for that extra rep is pure comedy gold. It's definitely giving him some baby muscles, but mostly, it's just a good laugh watching him try to conquer it.

This works ok, and seems to be decent quality. Certainly seems to be a good price. You get what you pay for, but if i was being picky i'd say the tension adjustment isn't very precise. I have relatively large hands (a bit over 8 inches long if that is helpful), and the overall size is a little bit smaller than would be ideal for me, but still usable.
