It’s designed to help strengthen and test lung capacity and it does it well, no doctor visit needed. As my uncle kept at it several times a day it did help improve his overall breathing capacity, and it also helped us know when to call the doc if his ability to move the ball dropped. A nice simple yet very useful design.This is perfect for anyone recovering from respiratory issues, surgery or anything that has affected their lung function.The small ball gives immediate visual feedback on your inhale strength, while the scale makes it easy to monitor improvement or declines. We all found it simple for someone sick and elderly to use, easy to clean too.

This device is pretty good and nicely designed to strengthen your lungs by breathing. Its light weight and compact and easy to use. The scale indicator really helps to check the effectiveness of the breath. Its easy to clean and sterilize. Overall a great device for its design and decent cost and totally recommend.

I couldn’t get it to work for me

The Spirometer Lung Exerciser is an amazing device for helping strengthen your lungs. I got it after a bad cold; it was recommended to me, along with several other products, since a lot of phlegm had accumulated in my lungs. There were no complications, but I did have a bad cough and mucus. Another product helped with the mucus, and this helped me strengthen my lungs because I felt them very weak afterward.The device is lightweight and easy to use; its ergonomic design is very helpful.

Helped my 8year old. Was easy to use and he enjoyed it.
