Cool toy but swims slow
My toddler LOVES Elmo and really likes this toy. Seems pretty decent quality but it swims slower than I thought it would. Otherwise no complaints.

It’s so cute for all the Elmo lovers out there..I bought one for each grandchild and they love him during bath time!

Only works out of water
Very cute toy and my SS loving daughter still adores it even though it doesn’t work properly. Elmo’s arms are hollow on one side so he looks unfinished. The bigger strike though is that his arms only move when out of the water… as soon as we put him back in, no turning. She’s 2 so she doesn’t mind that he doesn’t actually swim.
