Can fit curved backrest if you know how to tap new bolt holes into steel plates
I use a Steelcase Think office chair, which has a curved backrest. This headrest wasn’t designed to fit my chair, but I decided to give it a shot anyway. When it arrived, I realized I could make it work by modifying the C-shaped metal bracket and tapping new bolt holes. So, I ordered some M8 tapping bits, drilled new holes, and after the modification, the headrest fit perfectly!I’m giving this product 5 stars because it works exactly as intended—the adjustments I made were beyond its original design. If you have a compatible chair, installation should be straightforward. But if you're handy with a drill, you can make it work even on non-standard chairs.Once properly set up, the headrest is stable and provided the support I needed while recovering from cervical spine surgery. Great product—especially if you don’t mind a little tinkering!

Pretty, pretty, pretty good
The attaching mechanism didn't quite fit my chair, but with some careful cuts to the back of the chair, it was very solid. I guess they could make a clamp that allowed for thicker chair backs. The item itself is excellent quality. It's very comfortable to lean your head back into.

added metal caul
So comfortable. I did add a thin piece of metal between the chair and screws so that the screws would not bite into the chair. Assembly was easy., took about 15 minutes.

Does the job but wont stay fixed.
It does the job. But it keeps moving out of position and falling. Screws are not enough. You need some sort or nut or a way to keep it in position if you move your hed and grab it alot when stretching.

Horrible fabric quality
I didn’t expect this to be a high end option, but it looks very similar to the Ergoking model at a lower price. The Ergoking mesh is much higher quality. The adjustment on the headrest is similar to the Ergoking and I would imagine the plastic frame is the same on the two, besides the altered attachment in the Ergoking. Overall, I am returning this because it is such a low quality item

Lock has a lot of slop, and fabric isn't tight
The media could not be loaded. the product looks great, and matches the pattern of my Aeron pretty well. The installation is very easy, and it has a nice piece of cloth to tuck around the clamp to hide the bare metal look of the clamp so it looks almost naturally like part of the chair.Unfortunately the head rest's material is purely cloth, so it doesn't have the same level of support as something like the mostly plastic body of my aeron. This wouldn't be a huge deal, but because of the shape of the head rest, the cloth doesn't have enough tension, and provides minimal support to your head. When you lay on it the cloth bunches up, making your head not rest in place.Compounding this issue is that the mechanism for locking the head rest in place wiggles a lot while its supposed to be locked, so when you put your head back the head rest moves away from you, and then when you meet it again by going even further back, then the cloth acts more like a loose net rather than providing any real support. This product's core design, shape, and aesthetics are great, but bad manufacturing tolerances and material selection causes it to fail at its only function: supporting your head.
