Wasn't sure which brand of these to pick, but settled on this one. Ppl were not joking in the other reviews about 2 things: 1. You can assemble this in about 10 minutes, super easy...BUT...I am looking at the pics and videos of other reviewers...be sure you put your handlebars on the correct direction. It will go on either way, but one will leave your handle bars pointed in a weird way that will be less comfortable. 2. You WILL feel it...I have been using it every day and could only do like 3 reps the first day. By day five I am doing sets of 15-20 reps on the middle setting.Only issues I have had is that I just realized I am missing one of the rubber feet that the product sits on and there is no way to get a part from the seller, so now I have to return this one and get another. At least it will be quick to set up, but it does seem sloppy from the manufacturer. That being said, it is pretty sturdy and works well and I have no other overall complaints. I will be using it daily and hope that it will hold up over time, but all indications so far is that it is otherwise pretty well made.I also have to say, this is not an ideal product if you are quite overweight. I think the unit would not hold up well to excessive weight, but I am 5'11 and 185lbs and it is perfectly fine for me.

Product was relatively easy to set up. The kneepads are a little light for me. I also have a relatively large foot size so I had to set it up on something a little higher so my feet don’t hit the ground when I am using the product, But that’s up the the purchaser’s preference.

Easy to assemble. The t shape brackets couldn't find. How it was boxed makes me think it was used. I hoping it will work as good as advertised. I'll do an update in a month see how if it works. Update: works fine and I'm using it almost every day

Great addition to my inexpensive home gym. Easy to relocate for vacuuming or if I want to put it in front of the tv.I thought the kneeling pose might hurt my knees but it does not.

Easy to assemble and not difficult to use. Just wish I had purchased the model that allows you to pull up each leg individually. For some reason using this one for more than a few minutes makes my lower back hurt.

If you are young and flexible this will probably work ok I would not recommend for older people

I really love this thing! It is so fun and I can feel it working. It feels sturdy and the movements are smooth. If you get it, you won't regret it.

I was skeptical at first since I usually like to do leg extensions and knee raises for my core at the gym on the pull up tower/dip station but my new basement wouldn't accommodate one of those larger pieces I saw that the mechanics of this is basically a hanging knee raise on a rolling track so I thought I'd give it a try, and wasn't disappointed. Depending on your height setting you can really engage your core with this thing for a good price and a 3rd of the space used by a dip station / pullup tower if you're looking for something that will get those core muscles working and have space limitations I definitely recommend. 10/10 would crunch again

Dont thinking too much when u wanna buy this machine... buy it right away... it works soooo sooo good on my body after 2 weeks... trust me, my waist get smaller day by day... love the time in the morning, when i just woke up and look at my waist....im so happy now, thank Fitlaya... you have changed my life🥰🥰🥰
