Buddhist Scriptures Paperback – September 10, 2010

This collection is a good introduction to the Buddhist scriptures. The translations seem awkward at times and in some cases the teachings are poorly explained. It helps if you read a modern introduction to Buddhism and Buddhist scriptures at the same time. Nevertheless, this is a fair introduction and a great starting point to more complex interpretations.

Easy enough to understand but includes very little Buddhist scriptures.
