Agaro customer service has been amazing, and they attended to my complaints swiftly and responsibly, and replaced it with a new one which you can see in the attached clip. The product is fantastic, though, Makes life much easier, especially for people like me who tend to live a busy life yet also crave something healthy and tasty to eat. Soup function works wonderfully well. You just have to chop in the veggies or add some chicken if you'd like.
