The media could not be loaded. When the shipment of the new WINKEAR Roman Bathtub Faucet comes, it is package well. It is a very nice faucet. The only challenge I had was, when it was installed by a license plumber, the hot faucet cartridge was bad. I contacted the seller directly, for the warranty to replace the cartridge, through Amazon. The seller was quick to respond through text messaging. I sent photos & videos of the issue. I received the, well pack, new cartridge by mail within two weeks. Because I had paid a license plumber to do the new install, I had him come back to replace the cartridge. No more issues. The install of the faucets, illustrated in the photos, were placed because it is a two person tub. Below the tub, in the basement, I have a trap door to access, if there is any leaks. Also, I would suggest installing shut off valves.

The company stands by their warranty; customer service is top notch and will make sure you are satisfied with their product and company. My jacuzzi tub frame was too thick for the standard design and had issues when pulling the lever up to turn the shower handle on. The company worked with me over many weeks and provided custom designed parts to resolve the problem. They consistently communicated and followed up with me throughout the process and after final install.The custom parts did resolve the issue and I am very satisfied with the company's dedication to their stand by their warranty and provide excellent service. You will not be disappointed with this product/company. 5 stars!

Updated my bathroom and this faucet elevated the look! Great quality !

Installation was easy. The faucet head is able to swing around. The only thing I don't care for is the faucet valve cartridges have play in them even when the screws are tight.

I spent several days trying to decide what facets to buy for my tub and sinks. I decided on these and I'm soooo glad I did. They are stunning. I was also very impressed by the Packaging of them. Well worth the money.

Just got the tub set with the sprayer and am surprised at the high quality. Everything to install it is in the box and all the valve parts are brass and heavy. The quality of the chrome is very good and I can't wait to get the tub in and the faucet installed. I would usually go with Delta or Moen or one of the pricey brands to insure high quality, but at less than 1/2 what I would have paid for those, I got something I will like every bit as much. Now that I've seen it I will be buying the sink faucet to match.

Installed and it’s engineered to have a clip be the only thing holding the T-joint to the faucet. On the first use the change in pressure turning on the shower portion caused the T-joint to pop off flooding my bathroom.
