This product is Not thin at all.Soft material and cotton is well packed.I like the thickness!My girls used other brand's similar product and that was helping them alot. And they looked so cute carrying on their backs!This product is way better cos the straps are also covered with fabric! Love the color also.

Bought for my granddaughter and a friend's baby. Great for those falls when they first start to walk. Only downside is the straps aren't always easy to adjust for smaller walkers. But we made them work.

This is a really soft, well cushioned head protector. I don't know if it's the angle of the straps or the position, but they do tend to get askew after a while, causing the cushion to shift to the side a bit. Not a big deal, just not perfect.
