The whole package is great, it comes with a downloadable book that is wonderful! It goes thru every step in a way that is understandable, with pictures. It’s the best all in one I’ve found.

I've never owned one before so I can't make comparisons. I'm very happy with this set and I like how well made and sturdy they are. The tools included are very sturdy and well made. I'm glad I purchased these. I read many reviews and gave these the thumbs up. I still do

I got this as a starter kit - I have never used proofing baskets before in my breadmaking, and I thought this was a good time to start. The kit seems nice, however not everything advertised was included - missing the lame, blades and cover - the 'Ask for help' function re: missing items offers you to return the whole thing, not get what was left out. I decided to pass on this after reading how other people found their kits - I think I am lucky that I got everything but that lol. I will continue to use one-sided blades held by hand as I have in the past.The baskets are advertised as 10" oval, but that's if you measure them diagonally from the two furthest possible points from each other - you may just barely get 10". Seems a bit of a stretch - like how sheepskins, TV's and computer monitors are measured. Perhaps this is the standard for how proofing baskets are measured?Overall it appears to be a nice kit, except the missing parts. Definitely lost a couple of stars for the questionable measurement of the baskets, the missing lame, blades and cover. Perhaps after the weather cools down I will turn on the oven to make bread, and then I will update this review accordingly. In the meantime, I am very disappointed in the lack of QC.Recommended as a starter kit, but be aware you may well not get everything as advertised.UPDATE: Their customer service reached out to me and have sent the missing lame, blades and lame cover. They do care, and now my kit is complete. Thank you!

Recently into baking bread as a more healthy alternative. Nice set to help step up the baking bread game. Fun to use, all items good quality and should last a lifetime.

The tools like like they're sturdy and will last a while, but the baskets were MUCH smaller than I anticipated. Obviously I should have really looked at the measurements, but I assumed they'd be normal bread loaf size. They're definitely not. These will make baby loaves. I'll have to order new larger baskets now.

I got this while ago and I didn't have chance to use it. This set has almost all the stuff I need for making bread. I like to bake and this set makes baking much easier. It comes with all the tools you need for baking a bread. this one comes with two different scraper and bread scoring lame (This one comes real handy instead of my knife.). Two proof baskets are small and I used both of them for my bread. I really do like the whole set and I think this would be a nice present too.

This was the best cat I’ve seen so far definitely worth the money. I loved every piece of it.!
