The media could not be loaded.  -So the actual product itself is sturdy. It was clean and nice.-However the instructions given were super vague. SUPER vague. There wasn't even a product list, and I'm pretty sure I'm missing a piece--though I can't know for sure because I wasn't sure what was even supposed to be there. I had to watch a bunch of random installation videos made by various people on youtube (not Rev-A-Shelf) to try and piece together the best way of going about it for this specific telescoping product, which was hard because not all Lazy Susans are made equal or have the same parts. It took a lot of me putting it in, and taking it out, and putting it back in, over and over into that tiny opening. I had to drill multiple holes and then remove the screws and adjust a few times. It was heavy (at least for the angle at which you have to hold things up) but you can't really have anyone else help you because of the space... so I really would have appreciated more direction. It was a painful process, and I am very handy.-After all was said and done, I'm pretty sure I'm missing a piece. There was one little disc I used in the middle of the top shelf that helps it balance on one plane--the bottom one doesn't have that. You can kind of tell in my video, by hearing the bottom shelf bang against the floor of the cabinet at different points as it spins. Once I put stuff on it, it was like a teeter totter--I had to try to make the weight even on all sides to keep it from dragging on the ground. I was not successful, so it just doesn't spin very well with anything on it. I contacted the seller and I'll update my review if I get the missing piece and a little more clarity.-Lastly, I think it's important to note that what I received is slightly different than what is pictured in the listing. It is still 32 inches, white, and telescoping-- but mine does not have the sturdy, 3-pronged base that is pictured. It's actually just a small plastic disc. It still works though. Also, the edges are not flat and sharp like pictured here, they are more rounded. This works fine for me because I wasn't hoping to attach cabinet doors to my susan, but if you are looking to do this, just confirm with the seller that they'll send you the right one first because it would not be possible on the one I received.

Ordered this because of price. Not wanting a really expensive upgrade. Some are made of wood or metal and will probably be considered a bit more heavy duty. This held full shelves of mixing bowls, large tub of flour, toaster, all sorts of stuff with no problems rotating. So, it was a good purchase. Relatively easy to install. We did have to drop the middle shelf and that was probably the toughest part of the whole thing. I made a template out of cardboard to set against the back corner and mark the center for the down rod. Pre-drill the screw holes to make it easier to install. The adjustable top shelf is a good feature. So all in all, I'd buy another in a similar situation.

Works great in my lazy Susan cabinet. I would not exceed weight measurements limit in directions. Makes it easier to get everything.

I'll start by saying this shelf fits in the space and is still functioning perfectly after a few years. But it was really hard to install. I'm still not sure how I got it to go in the space, but with enough twisting and contortions it went in. After that the install went OK. Its durable and should last a long time.

Product is good, but instructions were useless.
