Discrepancy between size and length but a nice outfit
It's beautiful. The only issue is that the pants run too short. My son is 8 years old. Average height and thin built. He wears size 8-10. I had to keep ordering the next size up because of the pants. I ordered first a size 10, then 12, then 14. The size 10 shirt fit him perfectly, however, because of the pants being too short, I had to sacrifice the shirt's perfect fit. As I went up in size the shirt was getting also bigger and when I settled for size 14, the shirt is big but it still looks good. My son says he likes it lose as it is. We are happy in the end. With the fair price for the outfit, the free shipping and returns, I can't complain. But it took a bit of work to get the best fit possible especially cause there is the big discrepancy between the length of the pants and the size of the shirt as they come paired up together

Buy size up.
My boy is 7 and wears size 6 on pants and 7 on top. I ordered size 14 since the review said it runs very small. The sleeves are long but I can fold it and still looks good. The pants are are perfect. I am very satisfied. The color is rich dark blue. My boy loves it and don't want to take it off. He just realized how silk feels.

The costume is very nice, but even after following the sizing guidelines, it was too small. My son normally wears a 6, but the measurements suggested an 8, but it was a bit tight and short. I wish I had ordered a 10 so he could wear more than once.

It is really well made and the quality is better then I expected
We ordered this in a red. It is really well made and the quality is better then I expected. I read the reviews about the sizing and knew to order larger. The clothes are sized in Chinese sizes, not US sizes. My son wears a 2T and I ordered a 6. It is a bit large, but I rolled up the sleeves and the pant cuffs. I assume he will be able to wear it as a 3T no problem.

Runs small so order up
My son is 7 and wears size 7 in pants and shirts. I ordered him the 12 and the shirt fit great with little extra length in the sleeves and the pants were about an inch too short. But they looked good. I was not disappointed with the purchase because I knew to order bigger. I would have ordered the 14 and altered it if they had had it in stock.I think the pants would have been perfect and the shirt too big though

The top fits a much bigger child than is suitable for the length of the pants
The pants fit our small 7 year old, but the top was way too large. We folded the sleeves and the shirt was oversized but still passable. The quality of the material is nice - thick with rich color.

Fit is much smaller than expected
Cute costume but way off for American sizing. I got an 8 for my 6 year old average sized son and it fit but the pants were quite short. If I had had time to buy another I would've bought a size 10 for my 6 year old.

Looks great!
It fit my son (almost 3 year old) well. The knot buttons are a little difficult to manipulate but mince fastened they were secure. The outfit fits well and looks just as advertised. Recommended!
