Don't doubt this phone!
Considering the price paid for this phone, I wasn't expecting much, but it came nicely packaged, just like you would get with an iPhone or a Samsung. It came with the same additional extras, charger and ear buds. The phone itself has a nice weight to it, does NOT appear cheaply made at all. The screen has it's own protector and you won't need to buy a phone case because this one is built in, it's very sturdy and seems as though it will stand up to a lot, which is exactly what we needed for my 13 year son, who has already broken more than his fair share of iPhone screens. We had absolutely no issues switching out the SIM card from our AT&T phone and getting this one up and running by a simple phone call to AT&T from our house. The speakers on the phone are actually louder than one of the mini bluetooth speakers that we use outside and the ability to listen to the radio without apps is an excellent plus. We're actually considering buying these instead of the iPhone for ourselves when it's time to upgrade. So far, we have nothing but good things to say about this phone.

I recieved this only one day, and really love the feel and build. The signal sensitivity is very goo, better than what I had in most units.Good audio and mic output (I am a ham operator and ask for audio reports on phone too)I will update if needs be.For the price, I dont see reason yet to complain

durable enough for a construction worker, waterproof enough for a fisherman
Packaging:POOR! (in my case anyway) The phone ships in a box that was inside another box. There was no packing material or anything, and when I opened the package, the phone and all the other stuff that comes with it were floating all around. (Good thing it's rugged- an iPhone would have been in little pieces)Setup:Moderately difficult. The tray for the sim and memory card is a small cheap plastic part of low quality. You have to look very closely at how you put the sim in as the first few times I tried I had to dig my sim card out with a fingernail file. but once it is in, it is secure. The battery was completely dead. took about 20 minutes on the charger to get it to turn on. From 0% to 100% charge time is about 8 hours. It took several hours to get all the updates ( which is normal ) but what I really liked is that I was able to transfer all my stuff just by clicking on "yes" 1 time. This may be normal as well, its been several years since I had to do this, but I remember having to redownload all my apps and settings..)Durability:I haven't fully tested it out yet, but I did toss it around on the picnic table pretty hard a few times glass side down and didn't get more than a smudge that wiped right off. That glass is pretty hard and feels pretty thick which must account for at least half the overall weight of the phone. (its heavier than most)Picture quality-:I have never had this high a resolution camera, cell phone or other. so I'm pretty impressed. There is a flashlight icon in the notifications/quick settings screen that uses the flash, so you don't have to download an app for that.overall speed and performance:It is a quad-core processor. It is fast. generally, it will be the apps that are slow due to how they load and access memory. Strangely enough, there is no option to move any app to sd card but the phone somehow has the ability to move stuff around on its own. If you check your internal storage it will be different from hour to hour depending on device usage. So ultimately the phone is pretty quick but not as fast as some others. The screen is a pretty vibrant and sharp as well.Overall-I really don't think there is a better deal out there at this time. I bought this for its durability when I'm at work in construction, or for those times I accidentally drop it in the river when I'm fishing. I learned 2 phones ago that water resistance is by far the most important thing in a phone for me. All that being said, I think the closest you could find elsewhere would be in the $300.00 range and you would have to add the rugged case and screen protector ($20-25) as well. So for the $118.00 (tax included) and the fast delivery time (got it in 3 days free shipping) I don't know why more people don't own them.

Perfect for people who love advertisements
This phone drives me nuts. First the good: it looks and feels durable, was inexpensive, and has expandable storage. The phone doesn't get as good a signal as other phones. My wife's old iPhone 5 is downloading apps and playing videos while on 1 bar of signal at my workplace. This phone shows the signal bar FULL in the same place but won't download anything, always telling me to connect to the internet. Even walking outside, where my signal on the iPhone jumps to 3 bars, I still cannot get anything. Both phones are on plans with the same carrier.I could live with this, seeing as how I was still able to make (spotty) phone calls and send text messages. WhatsApp would deliver about 30 seconds after everyone around me had it. But the real killer for this phone is the security. Every other day I am removing some malicious app that sneaks it's way onto this phone and throws adware at me. This morning I woke up to two apps and my cache was filled with advertisements the moment I opened up the infernet. It will happen when driving, when sending texts, and when just opening any old app.Simply put, the user experience for this phone is frustrating at the best of times. It isn't helped by being slow. My daughter's cheapo Samsung J3 loads apps and webpages much faster. Speaking of which, webpages will load slower just due to the fact that you are probably loading an ad at the same time.Data usage is higher. Because of all the ads, many with videos and all with pictures, I am the top data user in my family of 4. This may not seem like much, bit I don't use social media and my wife is a Facebook o'holick, and I have two teenage girls. With about 2-4 songs streamed on my 15 drive to work, 30 WhatsApp messages a day, and some browsing during lunch and downtime, I should be the lowest user of data in the family. The phones is resistant to water, but the port covers do not stay secure very long. They are a hard plastic dust cover, not a water proof rubberized seal. They tend to require extra attention to close completly. I work in the rain often, and would not have this phone in my pocket because I'm sure a dust cover will pop off and the port will fill with water.

Indestructible. Unusable.
this can be thrown from orbit and survive, however it will be slow and laggy and will begin to malfunction after about 6 months.

Worth $100 and only $100
I've had this phone 1 month. It's completely glitched out. I cannot reboot it, because it won't go to any other screen, not even to power off.
