Best PIZZA Ever, it turns so the pizzas come out cooked perfectly, and I'll never use my oven again to cook pizza. The heat is easily controlled and while it's not the smallest, fits perfect in my huge backyard!

We love this pizza oven. We bought it late in the summer. Used it a few times before the weather changed. Easy to assembly.

This pizza oven is fantastic. I waited a long time before buying this. I read endless reviews and watch every video. You will definitely need 2 people to put it together. It wasn’t hard it just took a couple of hours. Make sure you preheat the oven until it reaches 450-500 degrees. It take about 15-20 min to get to this temperature The first time I used it, I had a problem getting the pizza dough off the pizza peel. Before putting your dough on the pizza peel make sure you put a little semolina flour down first. This will help it slide off easier when transferring your pizza into the oven, otherwise your dough will stick to the pizza peel and you will not be able to transfer it and you will have a mess. Watch your pizza. These ovens are hot and the pizza cooks really fast. There is a learning curve but with persistence you will be making great pizza. You won’t be going to buy pizza out anymore. I would definitely recommend this pizza oven.

As described. Well built. Heats up to over 900 deg. Done pizzas and pies and ribs. Did a great job on all. Take a little time to fine tune the regulator that comes with the oven vs the built in regulator on the unit itself. But once you have it set your ready to roll. I found that is you set the regulator to full open then turn counter clockwise 1 1/2 turns that will work perfect. Then just adjust your temperature by the built in regulator.

I've had this pizza oven just over a week, so far I'm disappointed. The assembly instructions could be written better to identify all the parts, and installation instructions could be more precise. Additionally, there apears to be a problem with the motor, It does not work wether I use batteries or electricity. I'm going to call customer service this morning to trouble shoot, and will follow up with additional comments.

Best pizza oven ever so glad I bought this Blackstone pizza oven. So much fun making pizzas. Highly recommend this oven. Easy to install and very durable. My husband bought this pizza oven for my birthday present. Now buying more Blackstone accessories. This is my second Blackstone product

First this pizza oven is awesome, heats to 900+ in 10 minutes. Cooks pizzas evenly and perfectly. I love this oven.So why the 3 star review? The service from Blackstone has been non-existent. We received our oven in highly damaged box which ultimately resulted in the denting of the top in 2 separate places. This didn't impact the operation of the oven but it looks like I got the oven from the side of the road. I have contacted Blackstone via their chat bot. Big surprise no response. I then submitted a ticket through their support system. I haven't received anything not even a fake message saying they will get in touch. I am so disappointed in the service especially with the amount this pizza oven costs. I guess I am going to have to wait on the phone and call their number. This is unacceptable customer service and not expected from a company like Blackstone as I have enjoyed many of their products over the past 6 years.Maybe I will give a different review once this situation is resolved.
