Easy to clean, seems to be made of good quality, firm silicone. The XXL version is actually 8 inches (20cm) in girth at its largest point. Though I had to work at getting it in (and out), I'm sure some people will have no issues. Definitely provides a full feeling but doesn't seem to hit my prostate.

I was disappointed with this item and ended up throwing it away. The bottom "arms" are flimsy and allow the whole unit to completely enter the body, which is scary and dangerous. Save your money and purchase a higher quality item that stays in place and safer to use.

I ordered large not as thick as I was hoping for. But I have to give it a try. It's firm ,but it won't help if I order xl as well. Quality is excellent
