So far so good. Easy to take without any digestive issues. Just on my first week and will share more soon.

I have benefitted from taking Berberine, Turmeric, and Resveratrol as separate supplements for many years. Therefore, I was very happy to find this combination product with all three of those supplements, along with cinnamon and other nutrients thrown in for good measure. If you are wondering how so much benefit can be packed into such a "swallowable" capsule, it's because all of the ingredients are standardized extracts, which increases potency a lot. Plus a great price. Very satisfied.

Berberine and turmeric are wonderful

I was taking a different but similar supplement but decided to try this one bc it was a bit more affordable. I’m just not feeling the same results with this one.

This supplement was pretty new to me. After trying this supplement out for two months, I can now say that it is one of the best supplements I have ever used. I do recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their health.
