Best Stone Tile Cleaner on the Market
I have white marble tile with white grout. Stone-Eez is by far the best stone tile floor cleaner on the market. Even helped clear some old nail polish stains that acetone wouldn't completely remove. I used the light 8:1 (water:solution) cleaning ratio and it worked amazing. Definitely suggest scrubbing with brush at first and let the solution sit, then rinse and mop with a flat mop. After that i let it sit a little longer, so the grout would clean a bit more before wiping down with micro fiber towels.

Works but you'll need to, too
We have well water. Iron is a problem, even with a high-end water softener. Our white grout turns orange after some time.I have to use a marble-safe cleaner. This is the only one that will work on the orange iron staining that builds up on the grout.I make the solution a bit stronger than the instructions. I have to scrub the daylights out of the floor (our shower is 5ft x 5ft with one-inch hex tiles. Ugh). I apply the product generosity, scrub, rinse, then repeating. I use 32 ounces of the diluted solution every time I scrub the floor and walls.Lesson: dark grout and bigger tiles next house!

Yes, it works
I have 10-year old travertine with light almond-colored grout, and I'm happy with the results of cleaning with Stone-EEZ. I'm not recommending you do this, but what I did was apply the cleaner at full strength directly from the bottle onto the grout lines. I let it sit for 5-10 minutes then scrubbed the grout with the handy brush that was included in my order. I let it sir for another 5-10 minutes, then mopped it with fresh hot water 3-4 times to remove all the product. Once everything dried completely (8-10 hours later), I was really happy with how it looked!

Works really well, but.....
I used this to remove a decade's worth of hard water build up on travertine tiles within a glass enclosed standing shower for an elderly and, unfortunately, quite ill neighbor. First off, it worked, but it did require quite a bit of scrubbing and several attempts over two days. Given the amount and age of the build up, I do not think ANY cleaner could have done it any quicker. Since I had never tackled a job this bad before, I tied two highly recommended products. I used Stone-EEZ on one wall and the tiled bench and I used Stonetech Soap Scum Remover on the other two walls. Here's the "howevers" you need to consider before buying. Stone-EEZ is a concentrate, so you need to mix this with water. The directions are clear and easy to follow. It does make this product significantly more affordable because the amount you get will go a very long way. However - it sprays on clear, which can make it very challenging to see if you have covered every spot on shower walls. Stonetech, the other product I tried, makes a foaming soap scum remover that makes it very easy to see whether you have covered the area. Stonetech is NOT a concentrate, so will not go as far as Stone-EEZ does. The biggest minus with Stone-EEZ is when I made the mixture "strong" based on their directions, the fumes were brutal to deal with. I had a fan going, the bathroom window open (to be fair, it's small), the bathroom exhaust fan going, AND I was wearing a mask. I had to, repeatedly, remove myself from the bathroom and go outside to get fresh air. This stuff feels like it's burning in your lungs. Stonetech was fine under the same conditions. If you are working in a wide open area with plenty of windows, Stone-EEZ will do the job, as log as you're ready to put some muscle behind it, and will go far given it's concentrate formula. If you're in an tight and/or enclosed area, I cannot recommend it. It is much too difficult to tolerate the fumes. Go with Stonetech instead. Also, be aware that you cannot return this product to Amazon! Per Amazon, they won't accept it because it's flammable. I emailed the buyer, who did offer a refund IF I mailed the bottles to her, and the USPS said they would not accept it, either. I was told I had to use UPS. The expense and hassle was just not worth it. So, Stone-EEZ will work under very difficult conditions. That shower was in brutal shape and now it's clean. But I strongly recommend you use it only if the job is going to be in an extremely well ventilated area, ideally with cross ventilation from multiple windows. Stone-EEZ fumes are just too strong for an enclosed space.

Great Product, Amazing Company.
I used this to clean a 4 year old travertine shower that was covered with hard calcium build up on tile and grout. The people at The Floor Guys were so helpful and walked me through the steps to get my shower cleaner then the day I bought my house. Thank you all so much. Used this product to clean and followed it up with Stone and Grout Sealer from The Floor Guys.

Wish I Could Give A Better Rating
The first pic was after I was done with STONE-EEZ. The second two were when I started. The last two are when I finished up with STONE-EEZ.I spent a hundred bucks on four bottles of this product (GROUT-EEZ, STONE-EEZ, and STONE & GROUT SEALER) with high hopes. I even coordinated with the manufacturer who was very nice but unsure why the product was not working. I scrubbed for almost an hour using a wire brush. Eventually, I gave up on STONE-EEZ and went with 30% vinegar for the grout (20 minutes) and finally ended up using three packets of dish washing detergent (wet and left on for an hour scrubbing with wire brush at beginning and end) and some liquid dish soap to suspend and wash off the dish washing detergent. That actually cleaned up the grout pretty well but, not completely. The sealer is like water and left the grout a little whiter (even my wife thought so).Not a successful result.
