Adapter as a cup shape wraps bulbs ensures safe and clean bulbs installation and remove. 3. Using socket included can make you use various type of poles which is having diameter less than 0.9". 4. In case of adapter 2, it is also designed as fire or smoke detector having 4.3" diameter replacement usage. 5. Around 0.1" space for adapter 1 and 0.2" space adapter 2 between bulb and its housing need for cup shape adapter to grab bulbs properly. 6. Pole is not included.
