High quality, easy to use, just as advertised
It is definitely an improvement over my old Braun trimmer. The shaver does a better job and doesn't irritate the skin. The trimmer allows you to easily shape and contour the beard. All devices are easy to clean. My only regret is that it doesn't have 5mm or 6mm guide combs.

DIFFICULT TO USE
Trimmer is excellent but foils shaver is very difficult to use. It requires constant manoeuvring to get any shave let alone close shaving. It looks from outside easy to use but with not instructions as to how use it's frustrating and time consuming to get any shaving out of it. If you can get it to work it gives very close shaving. Bought just because of the foil shaver but I ended up using the trimmer most of the time instead regrettably.
