The only thing I didn’t like is that it had no metal rivet where you put it through the top of the umbrella pole and screw the cap down. Only cut fabric

I hesitated to order because I’m spoiled by low/no shipping costs. However, I decided to trust the reviews & ordered. So glad i did! I had an issue with my replacement umbrella order that was caused by the Amazon page text and not Formosa’s fault. When I called and explained, Formosa shipped a replacement / approved my return immediately! I will definitely be buying more products from Formosa, just because of today’s experience.

I wasn't sure what to expect for the price $19.99, but was pleasantly surprised that the fabric is of better quality than I expected.The color is a very nice neutral taupe/beige.The ribs fit perfectly into each pocket and when opened up looks great.The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the hole with the metal ring on the top that screws into the umbrella was too small, so I had to remove the ring to allow the crown to screw in. Once the crown was inplace the hole was completely covered, so I don't foresee this as being a problem with tearing.I also took a star away because the shipping $13 was almost as expensive as the canopy itself.This was not a "prime" itemI would recommend this to anyone needing to replace a canopy

This was not expensive and was not sure how I would like it, but the Taupe perfectly matches my other furniture and I put it on in just a few minutes. It saved me the expense of an entirely new umbrella. When it closed, I can see through the slits which is a little weird, but when it is up, it looks great. The layers will probably help it last longer as wind cannot blow it as much as the other one I had. This umbrella may not last as long as the one I had for 8 years that eventually tore as this one is a bit thinner. I did buy a cover for it to help protect it when the season is over. It is so easy to remove, I may take it off over the winter to help preserve it.

I miss calculated the size so I was going to return it but then I remembered I had another umbrella stand that it fit perfectly. So I decided to keep it.

This Replacement Canopy has to be one of the best finds on Amazon! My original canopy had finally bit the dust from the Arizona sun and wind. I replaced it with this one, and it fit my 9ft metal frame perfectly! The material is made of a great quality, and is not that flimsy material you find locally in most new umbrellas. Also, I found the taupe to be true to its description. Not too light...not to dark. Just make sure your ribs meet the size posted by the seller, and you won't be disappointed. This canopy truly exceeded my expectations. You'd never know this was a replacement to the original!
