Amazon Brand - Solimo Altamore Engineered Wood 4 Door Wardrobe with 2 Drawers (Wenge Finish)

This review is after using the product for a week. I know it is too early however I have some real good points about this 4 door wardrobe.1. It is really really sturdy. Unlike any other engineered wood products which bend upon keeping things - this one is amazing. I say so because underneath each shelf there is an iron support that holds on to the shelf nicely.2. Spaciousness is another important factor that can be considered. We are a family of 5 and were able to fit in all clothes, our important documents and kid's stationery (school bags, books etc.) comfortably.These are the 2 major call outs with one week of usage. I will add more points once the product is 6 months old or so.I also want to highlight that the packaging was super amazing with all the little pieces needed for assembling cleanly packed and labeled.Kudos for that!!One last and very important point is that you can assemble it on your own provided you have 3-5 hours at hand because it has a lot of assembling to be done. I would definitely not suggest that for 2 reasons.1. If you end up with an error, you will waste more time finding out what is the mistake due to the numbers of pieces that make the entire unit.2. If by mistake there is a part that breaks then you need to call for a carpenter and get it done at your own ADDITIONAL expense.I was watching the technician do it and it took him 1.5 hours (I'm not kidding).One other tip which the technician gave me was if ever you move from one house to another, make sure to call the tech and get it unassembled. They will charge you for it rupees 500-600 but at least your product will be safe.Note: there will be an additional cost to re-assemble at your new location as well.That's all I have for now. I'll update my review with better/bad updates after using it for a little more time.But this is definitely a good buy so far.

Like the design, but quality is compromised, door and drawer handle broken, fitting loosened and got openBest part they claims THREE warranty but not providing the same and from last one year am waiting.Every time customer care executive says claim is under process please give me one chance to solve but again no solution from last one yearNow am loosing hope and will also suggest all customers to stop using Amazon as they are all fraud and earning money and also taking undue advantages

This review is for Amazon solimo 4-door wardrobe (oak finish). My bedroom is not very big, so i had to do a lot of market research before zeroing in on this wardrobe. I had earlier bought a similar wardrobe from a different retailer, but had to return it almost immediately as the doors started rubbing against the floor of the wardrobe after we started putting in clothes.As mentioned in the description, it comes with 4 doors. The two doors in the middle has the assembly for hangar and a drawer, while the ones on both sides have 4 shelves each. The load bearing capacity for each shelf is mentioned in the product description, so get to know the wardrobe's capacity before you start putting in stuff. For a particle board wood, it seems pretty solid although it is not advisable to move it around the room often. The joints between the boards are screwed together so the unit does not shake if someone were to push or pull it.You have the option of selecting a desired delivery date and my delivery was done on schedule. However, there was a 4 day delay in getting the assembly done by easyfix. You can consider yourself lucky if you get the assembly done without any hassles. I was worried because of the delay because the return window was 10-Sep, and the assembly was completed only on 6-Sep. I was waiting for the carpenter to turn up in order to open the packages and check for damages. If your assembly is delayed beyond the return window, you might face issues trying to return damaged items.As it turned out, the hangar rod was missing from the package, which the carpenter informed me before proceeding with the installation. Amazon has some weird policies when it comes to furniture missing parts, so i got one myself instead of pleading with amazon. The inside wall of the wardrobe was also slightly scratched, but there was no way for me to determine if it was made before delivery.Coming to the wardrobe itself, it has lots of room to accommodate at least three peoples' dresses. All the doors and the drawer come with a lock and two sets of keys. The doors have adjustable hinges, so it you feel the alignment is a bit off, you could look at some DIY videos on youtube and adjust the hinges yourself. The dark texture of the wardrobe is pretty neat and should go well with most bedroom decor. The dimensions and the height of the shelves are as mentioned in the product description. This was an important factor for me in making a decision to purchase this as i needed the right dimension wardrobe to fit my small bedroom.As with any other particle board wardrobe, the back panel comes in a slightly thinner material (3-4 mm particle board i guess), so it is not as sturdy at the back as it is on the other sides. Care should be taken not the push the wardrobe against the wall as it may damage the unit. Also, do not allow kids to sit on the shelves, they can easily break leading to injuries.The price tag seemed a little high, but given the 3 year warranty and the quality of the wardrobe, you will not regret buying this.

The almirah is quite alright, except for the lock which does not function properly.

I regret buying this wardrobe. The product arrived with scratches and poorly aligned panels. The instructions were unclear, making assembly a nightmare. Even after managing to put it together, the doors wouldn't close properly, and the material feels flimsy and cheap.I reached out to customer service for a replacement or refund, but they were unhelpful and dismissive. For the price, I expected much better quality and service. Save your money and avoid this product!

Product is good. Depth should be bit more. Blazers doesn fit in the hanger perfectly. Otherwise product is worth it.
