This controller is fab especially the south paw option very hard to come by. However, it appears that if you are in the UK and get an issue, support becomes very unresponsive and will ghost you as soon as they realise, they can't blag their way out of it. I have an issue with the 4 with hat thumb switch becoming Faulty sticking in the up position. Product less than 6 months old.I didn't buy through amazon (no left hand option available at time) so doing so will give you extra clout, its most likely because we have lost our EU consumer protection since you know what.Shame it's a good product, but business is business greed is greed.

Is it just me or are pictures example pictures for the left hand not right hand I mean the thumb on your right hand is on the left hand side theses pictures clearly show it on the right hand side…
