Love the explanations and large print. Been working on some of the recipes and enjoying the ones we've tried.

Not what you expect
Small book, 6x9, and large print. Only 152 pages of which 24 pages are blank, tiny menu planners, 10 pages of basic introduction, 15 pages of basic exercises, 11 less-than-1/4 of a page black and white, very poor quality food dish pictures (can't tell what it is a picture of) approximately 60 recipes - many not for Vegans bc of oil and cheese. You can find much better similar books for waaaay less than this price. So very disappointing...
