I absolutely love this heat press. Easy to use, doesn't take a lot of effort to open and close. Auto open feature is FANTASTIC!!! Takes a little to warm up compared to the fossil heat press I had. But worth EVERY PENNY!!

This is my first time buying a heat press so i was a little nervous but this shipped so fast, everything was packaged nicely and i made my first shirt with no problems! I love the pull out drawer feature to keep your hands away from the heat too. I have been looking to get this for a couple months now and im so glad i did, would highly recommend this press if its within your budget. Customer service has been great to communicate with which is nice to know you can get fast support if you need it.

We've pressed about 1000 shirts with this thing in the last month or so. We started out with a popular inexpensive brand "standard" press in the same size. We were pretty happy with the simpler one until we started using it a lot and some of our helpers are young ladies who struggled to close and open the simple manual press all day. This one with the automatic timer that opens the press, and the release button to open early, is so much better. Other nice things we noticed is that the temperature stays pretty stable even with heavy use, The little strut/gas cylinder is nice as it slows the opening and prevents the press from slamming open like the simpler ones do. If I had a request it would be to have a couple modes that could be switched with one button push instead of going through the menu to change press time and whatnot. Although the adjustments are quick and easy really.We found that none of us really use the slide out feature.Overall it's a nice sturdy machine that works great, we rarely pull out the other press anymore unlss we really get backed up and then no one wants to use it..If you're doing a lot of pressing this is a highly recommended upgrade and when we bought ours it was about half the price of similar ones sold through the b2b material suppliers for related items.
