So convenient. Love everything and not too heavy. Stores nicely in very limited space.

This 3-step latter feels relatively solid and strong to climb on, and I am 185 lbs. I previously had a 2-step ladder, and this 3-step is much more versatile for the extra height reach to cabinet storage and minor house repairs. Previously, I had to pull out the 6-foot ladder from storage, which wasn't too convenient especially since it was easy to accidentally hit/damage the walls while carrying it through the house. Now the slightly negative part: be careful when stepping on the 3rd step if you have nothing to hold onto. I felt a little insecure because the ladder base footprint seems a bit small for the height. Maybe this is the same with other ladder brands and with any ladder, you just have to be careful using them. Overall, this is a pretty good ladder and serves its purpose just fine.

Yep my cat confiscated it :) It was originally used to reach my 3d printers that were on the shelf above where the ladder is. It's a really good sturdy ladder. I have to bribe my cat to use it . Actually I use it for most short ladder needs that I have. It folds really easily but to lock it take a little force. I have used it to reach my security cameras around my house to clean the lenses on my cameras. And also to clean a ceiling fan to reach a higher shelf. It is a little steep and it does get me higher than my other step ladder. I use this on a regular basis and it folds back to flat really easy and easy to move around and not that heavy to carry around. I have not stored it as it helps my cat every day to get on the desk so it's always being used.

Just received the versatile step ladder and I'm really impressed with its quality and functionality. This step ladder is sturdy. The tension is good so once it is in the standing and closed position the ladder doesn't unfold while I am carrying it.Thankfully, it came already assembled which was very helpful. The wide steps also makes me feel safe stepping up and down on it.

I like the handle at the top for easy moving of the ladder and the padded grab bar at the top. This does have nice, wide step treads, but about 2/3rds of each tread is under the step above it. My shin basically touches the step above when my heel is fully on the step I'm on. I'm a little concerned about backing down the steps while holding something and not getting my foot firmly on the step. It feels stable (when used on flat floor; I didn't test this outside on uneven ground). I don't see a latch to hold the steps in place when down, though you push down until the bar is fully into the notch on the top step. You pull it free to fold the step ladder up.

Not only did my little step ladder arrive quickly, it is the perfect little step ladder for my 5’3” self! It is nice and sturdy, I love that it has a 3rd step as most little step ladders only have 2 and I still can’t reach upper upper shelves. I was able to clean my windows with no problem reaching the top. It is a little heavier than a normal house step ladder so when I say it is sturdy - you can feel it. Not heavy but I’m not going to go around flinging it over my shoulder. It looks nice too. Great quality!
