So far I've been taking this product for almost a month. I'm not having as much inflammation which is allowing me to be more active after a 10 hour shift. I'm not going to bed right after work. I'm finding it's easier to move in the morning and evening. I haven't had any side effects on an empty stomach or with food. I feel like I got active lifestyle back.

This is a good product. but I took 3 capsules on the same day which is way to powerful. Follow the advice on the label.
