Misleading description & poor customer service
I have the 7 cup glass jug and love it so I ordered the 10 cup glass jug as I attempt to eliminate micro plastics in my water. Much to my surprise even though the description says the jug is glass….it was plastic. The supplier was ALLIZGIT and when I had to return due to their wrong description….they told me I had to pay the return postage. I live in Canada…they are in the USA…cost for postage is $32 CDN. I complained to Amazon and they gave great service by reimbursing my postage! Do not deal with ALLIZGIT!

Easy to use.
Easy to use and seems to do the job. Water tastes better than out of the tap.

Pissed off to say the least. It leaked everywhere.
I've had this item for 2 days. I didn't notice any cracks but after filling and following the instructions for the filters, I had it filled and sitting on the counter where it leaked all over the place including behind my brand new kitchen cabinets. This was supposed to go in the coffee/tea area that is to be installed this week and I had it sitting on the part of the kitchen counters that were recently installed and the crack spilled all the water out. The crack is below the handle where it appears to have a seam. Faulty, horrible product that has now caused damage to my brand new kitchen!

Works as described, box damaged on delivery
Sadly the Amazon box had been ripped open and repaired by the Royal Mail guys I assume, with gaffer tape. Luckily the jug inside was also boxed and works as expected. I like the fact the filter lasts a year and just stops working when it needs to be replaced.
