Bought these to make homemade bourbon vanilla extract. They were PERFECT and really made a beautiful gift. They are glass and definitely breakable (not that I got any that were). But they are worth the buy if you are going to use them for crafting purposes.

I love these! Just bought my second dozen -- I use them to bottle my homemade extracts. I'd check them out right away, though, as I occasionally got a cap that didn't tighten properly.

The bottles are great and pretty and the lids work well and the labels stick on great but the marker smudges too easily before it dries (I get that may be a feature especially since it comes with an eraser but it’s not as cool as it seems because it gets messy and seems to never set up, and considering it’s to label a bottle that holds liquid it doesn’t seem very practical in every day use) and after it “dries” if it gets wet by any dribble from the bottle upon use it gets smudged very easily so you risk losing your label contents/date

These bottles are exactly what they say. Perfect for my 8 oz jars for making pure vanilla extract. These are the only bottles I will use.

I made homemade vanilla extract with coconut rum to give out as Christmas gifts last year and the one that I made for myself is still doing well! The bottle has a great seal and a nice tint and I really liked that it came with a brush to clean them out! I used a couple that I had leftover to put elderberry syrup in about a month ago and they were still great! I do wish that the included funnel opening was a little bit larger though. Using the funnel was a little tricky as you can only do a thin stream of liquid and have to be very careful or it overflows, so I would recommend using a different tool for actually filling them.

One of the bottles was broken on arrival. I figured it was broken in transit because the pieces were in the box. Not sure exactly how it broke but I am not returning the order cuz I want to complete my vanilla bottling. I give them out as gifts throughout the year they are a good size and leak proof.
