Don't buy, Rubbish!
Did not stick properly and just fell off ripping off surface of plaster board with it! even when it briefly stuck it wouldn't sit straight and the buttom of the skirt was all wavy and irregular and wouldn't sit straight, very poor product!

Perfect for all sorts of jobs around the home I used it in the bathroom to make a bottom seal of the bath panel, but also works great for tons of other uses, roll is long and adhesive is spot on strength

Meh.
Positive - Easy to cut to size.Negative- Needed to go and buy some Gorilla Glue to actually get the damn thing to adhere to the wall. I've met stickier nuns.

Pliable and sticks well
Had to put trim at bottom of awkward shape bath panel as panel was 2 inches to short. Thus product was easy to shape around panel and adhered extremely well, been in position over a month now and still looks great.
