This soy sauce is specifically for making soup or broth, different from regular soy sauce as it is not sweetened. I typically use it for dishes like seaweed soup, tofu stew, and other authentic soups. Highly recommended!

The expiration date of the product is not provided when ordering. This is *in theory* a great deal - roughly 28 oz of soy sauce for $5 - the equivalent of a great sale at my local Korean grocery store. I got exactly what I ordered, but the expiration date is February of 2025. I love soy sauce, but there is simply no way I am going to consume 28 ounces of soy sauce in 2 months. This is no longer a great deal, and I feel wasteful. I will have to donate this before it expires and purchase new soy sauce in 2 months, completely defeating the purpose of my purchase. Once again, I have learned not to purchase food items online.Please note, this review is for the "soup and stew" version. I was unable to find an ingredient list here, so I did some online research on the ingredient lists of the 4 different types, and I then ordered the sauce for stew and soup because I didn't want added sugar in my soy sauce, and all other versions contain added sugar.

Need I say more? This sauce is yummy. Grab a few jugs, you won’t be disappointed

I had only tried Japanese and Chinese varieties of soy sauce before I ordered this, so I wasn't sure what to expect. After only trying it once, I knew it was going to be my "go to" from now on! The flavor is so bold and full and rich, it even makes a notable difference on just plain white rice. I didn't think it was too salty, either, even though it's technically supposed to be saltier than other kinds. I just know this is the one I'm buying from here on out!

The soy sauce tastes great. The bottle has a wide open mouth so the sauce pours out and Tou can get too much if you aren’t careful. Also it came with a tape plastic cover but the product was leaking everywhere. I won’t order again.

I had soy sauce that came in a square can (not Kikoman) in Korea. This soy sauce does not exactly taste like that soy sauce I had in Korea, but still salty and good,

Found this product by watching YouTube. You can use in on many Asian dishes and it adds good flavors in soups. Only needs a teaspoon and it can make your soup very flavorful!
