This is a simple but smart little light, perfect for reading or using whilst using a laptop. It does not illuminate the whole room but it gives perfect illumination for reading books. It re-charges on a usb and has quite a long battery life and the price is right.

Just bought this and absolutely love it. Very good value for around £11. Not big or bright enough for a piano (imho) but certainly for books or keyboards (see video), so it is versatile in that sense. Clips on to a music stand fine and seems sturdy despite it probably being smaller than you think. You can choose several hues of colour and also strengths of brightness (again, see the video). Very simple to use and easy to change settings. Hope this review and the video are helpful.

Compact and portable, and ideal as a music stand light. Gives out enough light, even compared to the much larger and more expensive ones used by my music colleagues. Seems well made with good features such as adjustable light levels and colour, and is rechargeable too. Also very well priced.

I have tried so many different reading lights, from the bookmark types to the ones that go around the neck, and this one is the best by far. I have used this light every night for months now and I’m still so impressed by it. It has lots of different brightness levels and colours, meaning that my eyes are always comfortable. It is sturdy and has a GREAT battery life- I used it most nights and hardly ever have to charge it, maybe once every few weeks. The clip isn’t too bulky so it doesn’t affect the way I hold my book. The best feature is the way the light folds out- it really lights up the whole page on both sides and I have not experienced this with other lamps. I have influenced many friends to also purchase this light as it really does stand out as a functional, effective and handy light. I love it so much, thank you.

I use this light for reading and for attaching to a tray I use for whittling when sat by the fire. Different light tones and brightness levels are useful and being rechargeable is a bonus. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is due to the fact that it needs recharging quite soon if you have it on a brighter setting. Otherwise, it's a good quality light 👍

I absolutely love this little reading light. I’ve had had a few over the years and this is the best one yet! It’s sturdy , but light as a feather and it seems really well made and not cheap and nasty looking like some! Really flexible light arm so can bend any way you need. The clip is great too and it will clip on to your book, or even a headboard. It will also stand up on table too if you prefer. It has excellent light from really bright, to really dim , what ever suits your needs . Used it for around 3 hours ,2 nights in a row so far for my book and it’s still holding charge. Hopefully it lasts as well as it works!

So useful for more than just reading. Adjustable brightness and can change it from cool to warm lighting. Haven't needed to charge it yet

Very good and innovative product. It has three colour modes — white, yellow, and mixed, and five levels of intensity. I usually like the yellow mode for late night reading, and the lowest intensity provides more than sufficient light. It also gives me the longest battery life. I bought a couple of weeks back and have charged it only once. I was also impressed with the fact that the manufacturer gives 3 years warranty upon registration with them. Who gives 3 year warranty for a LED light these days! The clip at base is quite good and can be used as a stand as well. The clip’s design makes sure it does not leave sharp lines on pages. The only gripe I have is that because the clip is dual purpose, it is quite big, and sometimes feels a bit bulky if you have it clipped on the book and want to hold the book with just one hand.
