I cut a lot of fabric- cotton, waterproof canvas, vinyl, leather, etc, and there’s nothing worse than a dull blade. Cutting zipper tape can cause nicks in the blades as well. Consequently, I go through a LOT of blades. The name brands are ridiculously expensive, and not really any better, in my opinion. These are priced right, they cut well, and I don’t have blade/buyers remorse when I have to replace them. They fit my Olfa, Fiskars, Clover, and Havel cutters.

Great sharp circular knife

So I had been using Fiskar's rotary cutter and blades for a couple years, and had this annoying, recurring problem of the cutter "skipping" every 6 inches or so. I could never get a clean, single cut of fabric, and had to go back and cut all the skipped areas again. So I followed other's advice that said I needed to adjust how I held the cutter, force exerted, change out my cutting mat, change the blade more often etc. Nothing worked and I always had the skipping issue. Finally it occurred to me that maybe it was the blade itself... I thought using a name brand like Fiskar's was a guarantee of quality, but I found out it actually WAS the blade itself! I searched Amazon and read these amazing reviews of this blade and decided to give them a try. Changed out my blade and VOILA!!! Skipping problem solved! Now I'm cutting smoothly in one swipe, just like the all the quilters on Youtube Videos! I am amazed and delighted!!! This is a great product and worthy of 5 Stars!

These arrived on time and the first one is working fine; I haven’t had any problems. Can’t speak to longevity as I have only had them for a few days. As to the complaints from others about the oil on the blades, I didn’t find it to be an issue when cutting and figured it was to keep the blades from oxidizing while unused. Certainly a much better price than the name brand blades!Update: the first one was fine, as noted above. However, the second blade was sharpened unevenly and would not cut through both fabric layers every few inches. The same was true for the next several. This was so frustrating that I ended up getting a manufacturer”s blade. I took all of the blades from this batch to a knife sharpener, who had said some of the blades seemed to bind or stick on their cutter. Nevertheless, the blades are definitely sharper now., but it ended up costing me 3times the money it would have if I’d just bought an expensive blade in the first lace.
