My memory and concentration have improved significantly. I feel alert at the office for hours on end without experiencing the usual comedown effect which I always had about an hour after drinking coffee. I have a buzz for about 6/7 hours after my smoothie which keeps me going all day. My sugar cravings have decreased significantly, my skin is clearing up (I have always had very congested skin), and believe it or not, I have had no pmt this month which is highly unusual for me.
