It’s cost effective
What I like about this product it works. It does exactly what I need it to do at a faction of the cost of a Brother ink.What do find and it’s not a problem. The orange lever that release the ink from the printer when first inserted tends to drop slightly not allowing me to close the door of my printer. But by ensuring you push the lever upwards before closing its then ok.Like I said. It works and is cost effective. What more do you need

These cartridges arrived the day after ordering and I've had no problems with them. I switched the empty black cartridge for the replacement one and my printer was back in operation within minutes :-)

Quality issues. WARNING: tons of spam emails by the seller
I was very happy when I ordered these cartridges, but, unfortunately, the result wasn't as good as what I expected reading the reviews here.The quality of the printed documents wasn't very good. I tried to print a test page and it seemed that definitely there was an issue, mainly with the magenta. I tried cleaning the head from the menu of the printer numerous times, but it was never fixed. I also tried thoroughgoing cleaning from its software on my PC, but no hope again. On the other hand, the printer works fine with the original cartridges.After trying to clean the printer head again and again, the level of magenta started going down, so I decided to return them.EDIT: After my review (I gave 3 stars) I often receive emails from Gohepi asking me to change my review (add a star) or even remove it. This is absolutely horrible! Yes, I have received my refund, but it doesn't make this product brilliant! If I hadn't received the refund, my review would have been worse. Come on, Gohepi! You have to accept such a review because of a low quality item and try to improve your products, instead of spamming people! A star has been removed now.EDIT 2: Longer than a year after my purchase, the seller keeps on sending me spam emails asking me to remove my review, because I have been refunded. This is definitely a horrible practice and explains why bad products (like this one) have mostly positive feedbacks. Gohepi, I'm changing my review to one star and making your email your email address as spam.
