Great value
I had a contractor install this. Bought most of the supplies and was advises to go with the big orange shower boxes, but I wanted to give these a try first- since they are budget friendly. ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUES. LOVE IT! Even though the boxes may not seem as "firm" and ridged as the orange box, my contractor has no issues installing or tiling them. Once the tile is up they are very sturdy and hold a lot of item. I love it. I have one more bathroom to remodel in my home and would buy again.

Solution for slight flex
Because the niche is so large, there is some flex in the main area. Since I used a very small mosaic, I was concerned about grout cracking over time. It is recessed into the wall but there is a small space between the niche and the drywall in the next room. I made a small hole and sprayed in expanding foam to reduce the room for flex.

Worked for us
I had read reviews of people having trouble with the flexing of the niche in the back while putting pressure on it to apply the tiles.My contractor didn't seem to have any trouble so it may just be what people are comfortable working with.....like a learning curve maybe.Anywho I'm happy.

Space saver
We love our niche. Definitely keeps the shower area clutter free. Looks beautiful and nice and spacious. Be mindful of needing extra inches for the tiles when measuring.
