First of all the product works. I saw definite improvements in my skin using 3 times a week. I had an age spot on my right cheek that had been there for 5 years and it had totally faded in a month. I do not have many fine lines (I'm 46 and very lucky in that regard) but hopefully this product will slow the ageing process of my skin. My pores appear less visible too. I'd give it 5 stars if it had not broken after 14 months - some of the red LEDs stopped working. However their customer service is fabulous. This product has a lifetime warranty and I had a new one arrive at my door within 3 days of reporting the issue to them by email. Excellent.

A quality product that dyes improve your skin and wrinkles. I look better and younger.

I’ve had the wand version for a year but i found it too time consuming given it is so targeted. So I’d been looking at the mask option for a while. I was hesitant as some reviews said you couldn’t do anything other than lie back with your eyes closed- which I find impossible! But I'm glad I took the plunge as the mask is great. It’s lightweight, comfortable, fits well and I can even work away on my laptop/watch tv/ do the ironing whilst wearing it. Brilliant! It’s also a fraction of the wand price.Edit! about 9 months later I noticed some of the bulbs at stopped working. The device comes with a lifetime warranty, so I contacted the seller via amazon and within 3 days received a brand new device - amazing service!It’s too early to talk about skin improvements so I’ll update the review in a couple mths (I’m using it every day for 10 mins).Oh- and as it’s flat you can also wear it on your chest- which I’m actually doing whilst typing this review!

I have ordered the mask in July last year. First, after about 6 months, the yellow LEDs stopped working and now it completely stopped working. I cannot switch ot on anymore and it does not charge anymore. Very poor quality, would not buy again.

I am so excited to try this LED mask. First of all I love the packaging for this product. It comes in a box with a magnetic lid, super awesome. There is also a handy storage bag.Once I unpacked the LED mask, straps and remote. I followed the instructions to put the straps onto the mask. The remote does not require charging. Which is a bonus, who wants to waste time charging?The instructions were easy to follow.I put the mask on to my face and using the straps provided and adjusted them to fit my face. It can feel a bit awkward at first, but I soon got used to it.I attached the remote control using the USB and that's it, all ready to go.I could definitely feel my skin warming up using this mask, this shows how powerful it is. Wearing the mask I look like I time travelled from the future. The mask looks very futuristic.This is a powerful mask at a decent price. It comes with both white and black eye protectors. The black eye protectors block out more light. This is good for those who are more eye sensitive to the light. Although, some studies have shown red light therapy can be effective for age-related macular degeneration (AMD). In any case, always follow guidance from a qualified health professional.Over time I'm certain I will get to see some benefits to my skin.Overall this is a must have health and beauty product. I recommend it as a gift for friends, family or a treat for yourself.

I am not doubting the benefits of this Led mask, but unfortunately, I have to say that it is very uncomfortable to wear it, really disturbs the view, the light even on the lowest level is very bright, me personally I can't keep my eyes open while using the mask. It does covers all critical areas of the face. The Led mask doesn't have a great fit on the chin. it's lifted up, you would still have the benefits of the Led lights, it's just to get used to it to the way it's fitting.Unfortunately, after a few minutes with the mask on and open eyes, my view is a bit blurry.
