The media could not be loaded. I do like to cook and I do it quite often, so it matters to me to find least toxic pans, this one definatelly doesn't not disappoint! The 100% cast iron with very interesting 'honeycomb' design is perfect combo in achieving healthy, nonstick goals. As you can see from my video, this pan is truly impressive. I like my eggs with a bit of butter but for the sake of review I didn't add any kind of oils to it and eggs came out nice, in fact egg sticked to my silicon spatula and not the pan.I have this pan now for almost a year and it's holding up great. I like it so much that I bought each in every size. One thing to understand about cast iron is that the nonstick is due to seasoning and even heat control and with good care, it improves over time and doesn't wear off like with regular coated pants. It is important to use them when hot and never leave them wet to air dry, as they will rust.They are super easy to clean as not much sticks to them. I never put them in dishwasher just wipe them off with paper and if really dirty, wash with warm water and soap, dry them and re-season. Additional perk- wooden handle can come out (I am too lazy though so I keep it on all the time), and whole pan being cast iron is oven safe and withstands high temperature.The 8" is with actual cooking surface of about 5.5", with depth of ca 1.5"; (will fit comfortably 2 eggs) and weights little over a pound 1.15lbs.The 10" has actual cooking surface of ca 8.5", with a nice depth of ca 2", weights ca 3.3lbs.The 12" (it's marvelous and deep almost like a wok) weights ca 4.8lbs with cooking surface of ca 9.5" and depth 2.5"

Love them they cook awesome and easy to clean

I like that these cast iron pans are coated. They take some getting used to. They get very hot so you need to turn it down after heating up. I really like the fact that they get very hot. They are very heavy but that is because of being cast iron. They clean up without any scrubbing, just wipe with a sponge and dry. I like the wood handle, but I don’t like that you need to remove it to go in the oven. I knew that before I purchased them so not a deal breaker. Overall these are a great addition to my pan collection and I use them everyday.

I wasn't sure about these because I don't like heavy cast iron pans. These are the best!!! Don't stick, easy to use and they need to be heavy for cast iron but not as heavy as the older brands. I love them!!!

Final review update & summary, 12 wks:These pans are the best non PFAS non-stick pans i have ever used in my 12 years of cooking. The 12 inch pan had its coating come off after only 3 months of use, but customer service was great and sent a new pan within a week of filing the warranty claim.I used a scrub daddy sponge, but that may be too aggressive for this coating, so now I am only using REALLY soft sponges to see if the new one lasts at least a whole year.11 wk review:The pans didn't last 3 months before the coatings started to flake off.-We cook on medium-low to medium-high heat with oil in the pans and never cook on the highest flame setting our gas stove has.-We heat the pan with oil every time as the instructions state.Very unhappy with the degradation of the coating. We use a scrub-daddy to clean the pans, plastic utensils for cooking (never metal), so I'm not sure what caused the coating to fail so soon.The second smaller pan looks okay (not shown), but we do use the larger pan most often.2wk review:Idk what the coatings are made of, but these pans are extremely easy to clean when new, the handles are long enough for two hands, the honeycomb texture is beautiful, and washing them is a dream.I have only cooked with them up to medium-high heat using a gas burning stove. I haven't tried the oven yet.

I am glad with the two skillets so far. Most important thing is they are so easy to clean. Sometimes I left them for a few days and washing is no issue due to the non-stick surface. The 10 inch skillet is not heavy, very versatile. This is high quality product overall.

Die Qualität macht auf den Ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck. Leider ist im selben Monat, allerdings nach dem Rückgaberecht, der Griff eingerissen. Die Pfanne wurde in der Zeit 2x benutzt. Das darf einfach nicht passieren und darüber bin ich sehr verärgert.
