Excellent Workout
The water resistance combined with these weights make for a challenging but doable workout in the pool. The weights are very light weight until you have to maneuver them in the water for an arm workout and then they make for a great “weight training” for your arms. You can also use them for an ab workout by floating with them on your sides and bringing legs up for crunches.

Love these barbells for water aerobics
I used these bar bells in Florida and brought them to use back over the summer in New Jersey. I bring them to my pool and do a bunch of different exercises for 30-45minutes. I have firmed up my muscles, especially toned my arms. They are easy to use and great!

Great quality
These weights were impressively well packaged. There was no damage or dents to them. The quality and construction of the weights were very nice. The color was quite nice too. Unfortunately, I returned them because they were not dense enough for me. However, I would definitely recommend them.
