This is a really great investment for those who want some immediate relief. Yes it works in short intervals but that's ok. If you increase the heat and vibration for the 10-15 minute timeframe, depending on your pain level, you will have some really great relief. I use it in back to back between 30 minutes to an hour-but this is based on the level of pain in my knee. I will say that trying to walk around with it on alone can be an issue if your lower thigh is thicker. I just use my knee brace to secure it if I need to be a bit mobile for some reason. So keep that in mind.

I am so glad 1 purchased this knee massager. I am thrilled to say this is truly a miracle. I love the auto timer ik l have used the correct amount of time l do the same on both knees . The massager feels so good , l have not been able to put the heat up the whole way gets to hot . l will definitely recommend to friends. And the fact that it is cordless very convenient to use. l don't want knee replacement an this is working great !!!!

This is a very easy to use tool to provide soothing heat for sore muscles with gentle massage to help stimulate blood flow to painful areas on and around the knees to help them move freely again. Definitely worth the money.
