I love that I get the same hydration that I would from an IV drip in this delicious mix. This product has changed my life and I recommend it to everyone. My friend and I both experience vaso vagal syncopy and this has helped us exponentially. The flavors are delicious; I typically mix one scoop into 32oz and drink that over a period of 8 hours. I appreciate that it doesn't contain any added vitamins because excess can be detrimental. For example, you may not need extra B12 or vitamin C if you're obtaining it thorough your diet. Everything included is to aid hydration, nothing more or less, which is all I need. If you get a chance, read CURE's mission statement, it explains so much!

I absolutely love this hydration. There are no other powders that I have found that actually taste really good and don’t have a bunch of added unnecessary ingredients.. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to make a clean hydration product but cure has it figured out, thankfully! I use these every single day and I have of course, sent all my loved ones to cure hydration because I want them to have the best too!! My favorite is the lemonade and the peach tea, when I need an extra clean energy boost!

I tried the Lemon, Watermelon, and Strawberry-Kiwi flavors of Cure Hydration, and I’m officially a fan—especially if you love that classic Citrix-style citrus taste. The Lemon flavor is my favorite: super refreshing, crisp, and even better over lots of ice. It’s got that clean, electrolyte-rich vibe without being too sweet.Watermelon comes in second for me. It’s light and pleasant, but the flavor is a bit faint—still enjoyable, just not as bold. Strawberry-Kiwi was decent, but didn’t stand out as much.Overall, Cure Hydration delivers a great balance of taste and function. Perfect for post-workout or just staying hydrated throughout the day.
