Despite numerous attempts, I have been unsuccessful in getting my Atomstack P7 to operate with the rotary engraver. Despite various connection attempts, the device consistently experiences grinding issues. My efforts to seek assistance from support in integrating the rotary engraver with the Atomstack P7 have yielded no response. This setback is particularly frustrating as I relied on this equipment for my business needs, notably for creating tumblers for an upcoming show. The inability to resolve this matter in a timely manner, compounded by the expiration of the return period, has led me to reconsider recommending Atomstack products. I encourage exploring alternatives from different manufacturers.
